Vanda was first employed as a market researcher and strategic planner in Borba Agency, i.e. SM Delo. In the period from 1990 through 1994 she was a co-owner of the Direct Marketing Agency. She was in charge of media planning and media relations in Global Company. She was also a Director of Development Projects in weekly magazine Vreme from 1995 to 1997. Vanda joined the system of McCann Erickson Group in 1997 as a Director of Research and Development (McCann Belgrade). She was a Director of McCann Erickson Skopje for 2 years, and a New Business Director McCann Erickson Serbia and Montenegro from 2001 to 2007. After that period, she was in charge of business operation improvement of agencies- members of McCann system and later, she was in charge of managing the MRM Worldwide Agency. From 2010, she has been managing corporate business operations of the I&F McCann Group, and from April of 2018 she has become the Vice-President of the Group.

Category and Brand Communications Director Europe, the Coca-Cola Company.
She was a Category and Brand Communications Director Europe, the Coca-Cola Company. She gained her previous working experience while working, for three years, as a PR Manager to Belgrade Mayor, Nenad Bogdanović, when she was in charge of planning and managing public appearances of the Mayor and managing press relations. She is a member of the Serbia Society for Public Relations and European Association of Communication Directors. She graduated at the Faculty for Culture and Media in Belgrade.

Director of Marketing Sector and Communications, Erste Bank

She is a renowned expert in advertising with extensive experience in marketing and advertising, especially in finance industry, with the international experience in markets of Central, East Europe and Canada. She is a winner of many awards and a Vice-President of the Committee for Advertising and Information of Serbia Bank Association. She graduated at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade and currently is working on her PhD thesis. She is a former tennis player and a mother of two.

Data & Communications Director, Direct Media

For almost ten years, she has been working at the Agency Direct Media. She is in charge of Data, Research, and Insight and Creative departments within Direct Media United Solutions system and is in charge of the new services development, research and advanced tools including machine learning. She is a participant of numerous regional and worldwide panels and conferences in the area of marketing and communications. She represents Direct Media in professional associations. She was a member of working group in charge of drafting the Code of Marketing Communications. She graduated at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of Belgrade University.

Manager for Corporate Communications, Delhaize Serbia.

Before joining Delhaize Serbia as a Manager for Corporative Communications, she was working within the area of public relations and corporate social responsibility in Delhaize Company from 2014. In the largest retail chain in the country, she worked on strategic projects within communications, corporate business operations, sustainable business operations and social responsibility. Before retail, she had two years of experience in fashion and media industry, where she was a member of the team of Wannabe magazine and worked on creation of marketing campaigns and event organization. She was born in Belgrade. She graduated from the Faculty of Economy, University of Belgrade, and she got the Master Degree in Marketing.

Managing Director, Orange Studio

Nebojša was born in Belgrade in 1968. He is a member of Association of Visual Artists of Applied Art and Designers, (ULUPUDS), Ppof, Serbian Association of Managers, Olympic Committee of Serbia. One of the leading photographers, winner of many awards in country and abroad. His photographs are the part of the permanent display in Belgrade Museum of Applied Arts. He is a founder of a creative studio for applied photography, marketing and visual communication – Orange studio. He also founded the Ozone Gallery in 2004, as multimedia project, first of its kind in the country. He is also a founder of the B-Link Festival. He is a father of two daughters.

Nebojša has been practicing law since 1987 and since 1998, he is Managing (Senior) Partner in Zivkovic Samardzic, one of the leading Law Offices in Serbia. He is practicing corporate law, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, property law and he was advising his clients in the course of the biggest transactions in the field of technology, media and telecommunications in Serbia. He is the author of many articles in the field of media and advertising and a lecturer at the professional seminars focusing on public relations, with special emphasis on crisis PR. He was a member of the Managing Board of Belgrade Bar Association, deputy of Belgrade Bar Association and he is currently a Deputy President of Disciplinary Court of the Serbian Bar Association.

Director, Sector of PR and Marketing Communications, Banca Intesa

Sandra Lazarević manages the operations of the Sector for Marketing and Communications, providing support to the attainment of the bank’s business goals. Previously she worked in Banca Intesa for seven years as a Chief of Staff of Executive Board, where she took part in strategic initiatives of the bank and coordinated its activities with key stakeholders, including state authorities, market regulators, international financial institutions and diplomatic representatives. Along with that, she was in charge of coordination of Banca Intesa activities with other banks within Division of International Banks Members that operate within Intesa Sanaolo Group, as well as in charge of administering and managing activities of Serbian-Italian business Council, established by Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Serbia and Republic of Italy. She began her professional development with work in marketing and PR activities within IT sector; afterwards she was engaged in the development of the concept of social responsibility within the American Chamber of Commerce, where she implemented several successful projects in cooperation with the American Embassy in Belgrade, with a goal of education of professional community. She was one of the founders of the Philanthropy Forum of Serbia, a member of the working group for drafting the National Strategy of CSR and one of the members and founders of UN Global Agreement in Serbia. Sandra is a philologist with MBA Diploma of the University of Sheffield.

CEO, Alma Quattro

Sanja was born on November 7, 1970 in Belgrade. She is a graduated Economist. She started the career in 1992 in the Ogilvy & Mather Agency. In mid-nineties, she joined the team of people who begun a pioneering work of establishing network of external ad media in Serbia. She took part in the implementation of the project of external advertising even before company Alma Quattro was founded and she has continued with this work. She was a Director of Air Media and Europlakat and a CFO at Alma Quattro. Today she works as a CEO of Alma Quattro. She is married and has three sons- Aleksa, Ilija and Vasilije.

Client Service Director, Media House

Sonja studied at the Faculty of Philosophy and today she is a Client Service Director at the Media House Agency. She has extensive experience in media business operations, since she was cooperating with a large number of clients from different industries that operated at both national and in global markets. She is a frequent participant of panels covering the topics such as media planning, client- advertising agency relationship and the similar.

New Moment New Ideas Company

Žarko has been in advertising industry ever since his early age. After completing studies in London and Rome, he began his career in S Team Bates Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising Balkans Company, working in Sophia, Ljubljana and Belgrade. Since 2003, he worked at the New Moment, occupying almost all positions. Since 2010, he has been managing the company New Moment Balkans, which operates in 9 markets in the region. He is the Ambassador of Golden Drum Festival for Serbia. He is a participant of many expert meetings in Europe and worldwide. He was awarded at the leading word festivals of creativity, among other Cannes Titanium Lion (2013), Cannes Sliver and Bronze (2015), Epica Gold, Epica Silver, CEE Creative Agency of the year Golden Drum (2013), PR Agency of the Year in Serbia, 2015, many awards at the Moscow Festival, UEPS (Association for Market Communications of Serbia), Golden Drum.
